    Absolutely disgraceful. I expected at least a complimentary drink for all the trouble I went through and wasn't even offered one, this place is a complete letdown. Literally just an airbnb pretending to be a hotel, shameful.

    Family travelers rejoice

    We really enjoyed our spacious suite. The best part was the good communication before we arrived, made everything easy with check-in since no reception, just codes.

    It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but for what we got, it was quite alright.

    The staff was kind which made me feel welcome. Great location in the middle of the city and the room was new-fashioned. Further, it was near the biggest square. The service was terrific, no reason to complain. Had no problem using their private parking, the internet was good. The hotel met the demands, I would stay here again.

    The stuff is kind here, the services are great, and location is incredible really close to the biggest square in Lyon. The units are quiet, incredibly comfortable with high ceiling, bathroom. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge are a nice touch.

    I stayed in the Executive Suite "Hyggelig" for a night. The location couldn't be beat-just a stroll to the old town and shopping. Spacious room and parking made it family-friendly.

    The air conditioner was completely unresponsive!!! The bathroom floor was filthy, with a dangerous step up that caused a fall!!! The couch shape was awkward and not comfortable for adults!!!
